Parmesan Yogurt Chicken with Sauteed Garlic Asparagus
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the chicken:
  • 4 chicken breasts approx. 5 oz each raw, cooked down will be about 4 oz
  • ⅔ cup non-fat greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves chopped fresh garlic)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (or 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley)
Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the chicken.
  3. Spread the topping on the chicken breasts. Place chicken breasts in an oven safe dish.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min (depends on the size, thickness of your chicken breasts). Then turn oven to broil on high and broil for approx. 5 to 6 min until topping is browned.
