Ingredients
  • 2 whole lemons (peeled)
  • ¼ cup peeled diced fresh ginger
  • One whole head of garlic
  • 2tbls of turmeric
  • 1 tble black pepper
  • 1 tble cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tble cayenne (but I love hot)
  • ½ tble ACV
  • 1 ½ tble honey
  • 3 cups of water
  • Blended in blender
  • Strained out
  • Side note next time I will use cheese cloth. I used a fine mesh sieve.
  • Stained into another dish then put in my silicone muffin dish and froze. About ⅛cup each in size. I did have some left so made a tea right then. It was pretty good and a bit spicy so keep that in mind with the cayenne amount. There was some “sediment “ left i in The bottom of the cup which is why I think a cheesecloth would be best.
  • There are some more exact recipes online… but I was going for a big batch to freeze
