Ingredients

- 1 lb sole/cod fish fillet (used 4 rock fish fillets)
- subheading: SAUCE:
- 2 TBS Lee Kum Kee black bean sauce
- 5 slices fresh ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ⅛ tsp fish sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp of shoyu (to taste)
- subheading: VEGGIES:
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 6 dried chilies, de-seeded or shake of crushed red pepper (to taste)
- 1 small green bell pepper, cut into small bit size pieces
- subheading: FINISH:
- ¼ TBS corn starch, mix with 3 tablespoons water
- 2 stalk scallions, cut into 1.5 inch length
