  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey or your favorite sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, or apple pie spice
  • toppings: cinnamon apples, nut butter, chopped nuts, chia or hemp seeds
