  • Chicken Stock, or
  • canned low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 cup heavy cream
