Chinese Fried Eggs with Sticky Ginger Rice
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 250g (1 ¼ cups) jasmine rice, rinsed
  • 500ml (2 cups) water
  • 1 Massel chicken style stock cube, crumbled
  • Grapeseed oil, extra, to shallow-fry
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 green shallots, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 long fresh red chilli, thinly sliced diagonally
  • Steamed Asian greens, to serve
