Ingredients
  • 1 to 1½ pounds (453 to 680g) top sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons (8 to 12g) Creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon (14ml) olive oil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons (28 to 42ml) butter
  • 2 teaspoons (10g) garlic, minced
  • ½ tablespoon (7.5ml) Worcestershire sauce (replace with extra soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) soy sauce (adjust to taste with more or less)
  • ½ cup (57.5g) onions, sliced (optional)
