Katherine's Venison Soup
Ingredients
  • Venison
  • Potatoes
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Homemade bone broth
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs de Provence
  • Canned peas
Steps
  1. Put venison, potatoes, grape tomatoes, and homemade bone broth in the instant pot.
  2. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
  3. Cook for 35 mins on high pressure (or less if meat is completely thawed).
  4. Add peas after its done cooking.
Notes
  • It would taste better if I first sautéed onions and garlic but I didn't have either of those.
  • Adding some cayenne taste good as well but I didn't add any because I didn't want it to be spicy for the girls.
