Brisket Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 c romaine lettuce
  • 4 oz lean brisket, cut bite-sized
  • ½ red or green bell pepper, cut in strips and charred
  • cilantro, to taste
  • 2 T roasted Verde sauce
  • pico, optional, to taste
Steps
  1. Cool veggies down after cooking, toss together and enjoy.
Notes
  • Oct 18, 2018 saw this dish on FB from a restaurant. Mark picked up Rudy’s lean brisket and Josh made this for me. My tummy wasn’t use to the spicy Verde sauce since I’ve been eating so bland. It was so good.
