Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower, chopped

  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 14oz can low fat coconut milk
  • 4 cups spinach, chopped or 4 frozen spinach balls
