  • 2 large egg yolks (36g)
  • ⅔ cup packed light or dark brown sugar (133g)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature (56g)
  • ½ tsp salt (3g)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut - I prefer the sweetened kind (100g)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (110g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (4ml)

  • ½ cup milk or dark chocolate chips (88g)
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream (77ml)
