Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp ghee (or coconut oil)
  • 2 tbsp Sukrin Gold
  • 30 g pecans, chopped (1 oz)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp golden flax meal
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
Steps
  1. Place ghee or coconut oil, sukrin and pecans in a small saucepan and place on medium heat
  2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes to toast the nuts, and dissolve the sweetener
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened
  4. Serve as desired. We like to top the keto oatmeal with nuts and berries
