  • 4 scallions, white and pale green parts only, thinly sliced
  • Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
