Diana's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Biscotti
Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli 60% Bittersweet Chocolate Chips)
