  • 2 (12-oz) homemade pizza doughs
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, not packed in water, cubed
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • ½ cup roughly chopped fresh basil, lightly packed
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal, for baking
