Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup soy sauce or tamari
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic finely diced
  • ½ inch fresh ginger peeled and finely diced
  • 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha optional
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • subheading: CREAMY AVOCADO FRESH HERB DRESSING:
  • 1 avocado peeled and pitted
  • 5 large basil leaves roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves loosely packed
  • ¼ cup chives loosely packed
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ¼ red onion roughly chopped
  • 2 green onions roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic roughly chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • subheading: CREAMY CASHEW HERB DRESSING:
  • 1 cup cashews soaked in water and drained
  • ¼ cup fresh dill loosely packed
  • ¼ cup fresh chives loosely packed
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley loosely packed
  • 3 cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • water as needed
