Buffalo Chicken Casserole (THM-S)
Ingredients
  • 2 cups chicken (cooked, shredded or diced into small pieces)
  • 8 ozs cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (I use Franks, but you can use any brand)
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 12 ozs frozen cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp onion (s) (minced, dried onion, from the spice aisle)
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ⅓ cup bacon (⅓ to ½ cup bacon pieces)
  • mineral salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
