Prawn Paste Chicken (Har Cheong Gai) Recipe: The Zi Char Version

  • 80g Potato Starch (or Tapioca starch)
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml water
  • ¼ tsp Bicarb,
  • ¼ teasoon baking powder
