COUS COUS EGG CUPS

Ingredients
  • Cook 50g of couscous in 250ml of vegetable stock. Spray a muffin tin and put cut up ham and sweetcorn in the bottom, then spoon the cooked couscous in. Whisk 7 eggs with salt and pepper and pour over. Then cook on gas mark 5 for 20mins. It makes 12 and they're syn free
