Halloween Brain Mexican Dip
Ingredients
  • 16 oz full fat cream cheese (2 8-oz bricks), room temperature
  • 8 oz full fat sour cream
  • 1 oz pkg or 2 T taco seasoning, mild or hot
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • ⅓ c scallions or chives, sliced thin
  • 2 ½ c shredded Mexican blend cheese*
  • 2 10-oz cans RO*TEL (divided)
