  • My favorite meal in the pressure cooker is cubed steak! Tonight I had no cream of mushroom soup, so I decided to make my own! While my cubed steak was floured and browning in my pressure cooker, I browned fresh mushrooms and ⅓ cup flour in a couple of teaspoons of butter in a skillet on top of the stove. I added a little worcestershire sauce for flavor and a couple cups of milk, salt and pepper to taste. I poured this over cubed steak and some thinly sliced onion in pressure cooker and cooked for 25 minutes. YUM! Loved it! I will never used canned mushroom soup again!
