Turkey Pot Pie Stew

Ingredients
  • 2 cups turkey breasts cut into chunks
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
  • ¼ cup dried minced onion
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of cooked baby potatoes cut in half*
Steps
  1. Layer turkey, frozen veggies in instant pot
  2. Add ½ cup chicken broth
  3. Add ¼ cup dried minced onion
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup on top
  5. Do not stir
  6. Pressure cook 5 min with a quick release
  7. Open pot and add cooked potatoes and stir to mix thoroughly
  8. Enjoy!
Notes
  • * if using fresh potatoes add on top of frozen veggies
