Hasselback Chicken ~ Cajun with Pepper Jack & Spinach

  • ½ c cooked spinach (frozen and thawed or sauteed fresh)
  • 1 tbsp seasoned bread crumb
  • ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
