Macaroni Salad - Grandma Beaver
Ingredients
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • ½ lb. cooked sliced franks
  • ¾ cup cubed long horn cheese
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup Miracle Whip
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. mustard
Steps
  1. Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender (approximately 10 minutes). Drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. While macaroni is cooking, brown franks. Slice frank, cube cheese and put in bowl. Fold in macaroni.
  3. Combine Miracle Whip, chili powder and mustard and mix lightly. Pour over macaroni and mix well.
