Ingredients
  • 1 bag of nacho style tortilla chips, crushed
  • 3 large jalapeños, halved, sliced
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 4 vine ripened tomatoes, diced
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Prep all ingredients as listed, toss together into a large bowl, leaving the chips aside.
  2. Squeeze the juice of a whole lime over it and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir together.
  3. Add the crushed chips all at once if you plan to eat it all right away. Add per serving if you want left overs so the chips stay crispy.
Notes
  • Remove the seeds and white ribbing from the jalapeños for slightly less spice while keeping the bright pepper flavour that high lights the dish.
  • Remember to wear gloves if possible while handling hot peppers.
  • You can add taco seasoning or any other seasonings to this to change the flavour and suit your tastes.
