  • 100g oats, blitzed in a food processor
  • 3 eggs
  • 300ml skimmed milk
  • 300g Skyr natural yogurt
  • a selection of fruit - I used a banana, blueberries, grapes, strawberries and tinned pears
  • Myprotein sugar-free butterscotch sauce
