  • ½ cup (57g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup (128g) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
  • note: If you don't have a scale, 8 ounces is about 1 ½ cups shredded zucchini, lightly tamped down.
  • Frosting
  • ¾ cup (128g) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup (57g) heavy cream or 3 tablespoons (43g) milk
