Crispy Parmesan Roasted Carrots
Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil, plus extra to brush the carrots with
  • 1 pound carrots, halved and cut into two-inch pieces

  • Any dip - tzaziki is good, too
  • subheading: For the honey mustard dipping sauce:
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
