Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c apricot fruit jam
  • 1 c Catalina salad dressing or BBQ sauce
Steps
  1. In a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, saute the chicken strips until lightly browned.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir to mix and pour over chicken.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Turn heat to low; partially cover (leave the lid cracked) and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Serve over steamed rice.
