Ingredients
- 4 mahi mahi filets 6 ounces each
- ▢2 teaspoons olive oil or as needed
- ▢½ teaspoon salt
- ▢½ teaspoon pepper
- ▢¼ teaspoon garlic powder

- ▢1 cup mango diced
- ▢¼ cup red pepper diced
- ▢¼ cup avocado diced
- ▢1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- ▢1 tablespoon fresh jalapeno minced
- ▢2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- ▢¼ teaspoon cumin
- ▢salt to taste
Steps
- Combine all salsa ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate while preparing the fish.
- Heat grill to medium high heat.
- Dab filets dry with a paper towel and brush with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill the fish filets for about 3 to 4 minutes skin side down (if your fish has skin). Flip the fish over with a spatula and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until the fish reaches 140 to 145°F.
- Remove from the grill, squeeze fresh lime over top, and serve with salsa.
