Ingredients

  • 5 to 8 C. Romaine Lettuce, rinsed and chopped
  • 5 Eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts, seasoned to your liking
  • 10 slices Turkey Bacon
  • 2 C. Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 C. Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Red Onion, diced
  • ¼ of an Avocado (for each salad, add when ready to consume)
  • 5 Glass Mason Jars with Lids
  • subheading: For the Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing (5 servings):

  • 1 tsp EACH of Dried Dill and Garlic Powder

  • ¼ tsp White or Black Pepper
  • 1 to 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp Water, to thin out the consistency to your liking
