Grilled Octopus Couscous Salad
Do this, as just the octopus, perhaps with pearl couscous, or as a salad?

  • 1 carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 celery stick (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 250 ml Squeaky Gate extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
  • 125 ml Squeaky Gate white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano, plus a pinch more
  • ½ cup chopped continental parsley
  • 1 lemon
