High Protein Banana Pudding
Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese, I used low fat Good Culture
  • ½ cup greek yogurt, I used plain Greek God's
  • 2 tbsp honey, may sub agave, maple syrup, monk fruit sweetener, coconut sugar, or sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 scoops, about ½ cup unflavored protein powder, I used Ritual
  • subheading: Optional Additions:
  • vanilla wafers, for layering
  • banana slices, for layering
  • whipped cream, for topping
  • mint for a garnish
