PAT’S 1/2 SYN CHEESECAKE STYLE DESSERT
A dessert that can be made in a variety of flavours

Ingredients
  • 1 sachet Hartley’s sugar free jelly crystal
  • 300 gm tub fat free natural cottage cheese (blitzed to resemble cream cheese )
  • 500gm tub of Fromage Frais
Steps
  1. Dissolve the sugar in ¼ pint of boiling water, then add ½ pint cold water to it.
  2. Combine the blitzed cottage cheese with the Fromage Frais, and add the jelly solution I did it in 3 amounts combine well between each addition. Pour into 3 dessert dishes and chill in the fridge until set.
