1 sachet Hartley’s sugar free jelly crystal 1 sachet Hartley’s sugar free jelly crystal
300 gm tub fat free natural cottage cheese (blitzed to resemble cream cheese ) 300 gm tub fat free natural cottage cheese (blitzed to resemble cream cheese )
500gm tub of Fromage Frais 500gm tub of Fromage Frais

Dissolve the sugar in ¼ pint of boiling water, then add ½ pint cold water to it.
Combine the blitzed cottage cheese with the Fromage Frais, and add the jelly solution I did it in 3 amounts combine well between each addition. Pour into 3 dessert dishes and chill in the fridge until set.
