  • 2 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • 1 & ⅛ cup egg white (s)

  • 2 Tbsp ghee (or butter) (if using ghee, add ¼ tsp mineral salt)
  • ½ tsp basil (dried)
  • 1 & ½ tsp basil (for garnish)
  • ½ tsp cumin (ground)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • coconut oil spray
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (s) (fresh, diced)
  • 1 onion (s) (large, diced)
  • 30 oz diced tomatoes (2-15 oz cans, with juice)
  • ⅓ cup green olives (pitted, diced)
  • 4 links turkey sausage (or beef, pork, or chicken) (sliced)
  • 1 cup Pecorino Romano cheese (or sharp cheddar) (for dairy free, use Hello Cheese, p 487)
  • ⅓ cup frozen okra (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 & ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp mineral salt
  • ¼ tsp THM Glucomannan ("gluccie")
  • 8 large egg (s)
  • ¼ cup green olives (diced, pitted) (for garnish)
  • black pepper (cracked, to taste for garnish)
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (for drizzling on top)
