Hungarian Kielbasa with Sauerkraut
Ingredients
  • ½ to ⅔ pound kielbasa cut into 1"-thick slices
  • 1 medium onions, sliced
  • ¼ green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seed
  • ½ cup beef or chicken broth
  • 2 cups/16 ounces sauerkraut, drained
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon marjoram

  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill, or 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill
