Bacon Pea Creamy Pasta Salad with Lemon Parmesan Dressing

  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream (may sub Greek yogurt or mayo)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup freshly finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, dried chives
  • ½ tsp EACH onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper
