Ingredients
- 1 x 9" chocolate sponge
- 750ml fresh cream with sugar whipped
- Juice or sugar syrup
- 500g dark chocolate
- 8 glace cherries
- 400g sour cherry filling
- Snow icing
Steps
- Cut cake into layers
- First layer brush with sugar syrup and add cream and cherry filling.
- Repeat for remaining layers
- pipe cream around edge and place glace cherries for decoration and melt chocolate and make chocolate curls and decorate and sift snow icing or icing sugar on top.
