Black Forest Cake
Ingredients
  • 1 x 9" chocolate sponge
  • 750ml fresh cream with sugar whipped
  • Juice or sugar syrup
  • 500g dark chocolate
  • 8 glace cherries
  • 400g sour cherry filling
  • Snow icing
Steps
  1. Cut cake into layers
  2. First layer brush with sugar syrup and add cream and cherry filling.
  3. Repeat for remaining layers
  4. pipe cream around edge and place glace cherries for decoration and melt chocolate and make chocolate curls and decorate and sift snow icing or icing sugar on top.
