  • 1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 cups (700 grams) cooked lentils
  • ½ cup (70 grams) green olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup (45 grams) raisins
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
  • Pepper
  • White or brown rice, to serve
  • A small bunch of cilantro or parsley
