Ingredients
- 2 x 220 gm tin of Foresite Pease pudding
- 2 x 200gms Princess reduces fat corned beef cut up into small pieces
- 1 chopped sautéed onion
- 3 carrots cooked and mashed Mashed carrots
- 500gm peeled weight potatoes boiled
- 2 egg whisked
- Salt and white pepper to own taste
Steps
- Sauté the onions, boil and mashed the potatoes stir through the sautéed onions then the cut up corned beef mix together well put in an oven proof dish. Put the 2 tins of pease pudding into a bowl and mash with a fork pasture the mashed carrots through. Add the whisked egg a bit at a time until all combined and spread on top of the corned beef mixture. Put into a preheated oven at 190 degrees and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until crisp on the top.
