PEASE PUDDING CORNED BEEF PIE

Ingredients
  • 2 x 220 gm tin of Foresite Pease pudding
  • 2 x 200gms Princess reduces fat corned beef cut up into small pieces
  • 1 chopped sautéed onion
  • 3 carrots cooked and mashed Mashed carrots
  • 500gm peeled weight  potatoes boiled
  • 2 egg whisked
  • Salt and white pepper to own taste
Steps
  1. Sauté the onions, boil and mashed the potatoes stir through the sautéed onions then the cut up corned beef mix together well put in an oven proof dish. Put the 2 tins of pease pudding into a bowl and mash with a fork pasture the mashed carrots through. Add the whisked egg a bit at a time until all combined and spread on top of the corned beef mixture. Put into a preheated oven at 190 degrees and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until crisp on the top.
