Wheatbelly Yeast Bread
Did not rise much at all.  If you try this, use the smallest (narrowest) bread pan you have.

Also: tasteless.  Someone with more baking experience might be able to fix it, but not me.  The only reason I gave it 1 star was that if sliced thin, it made an acceptable French toast.  Not great, but OK.
Ingredients
  • 1 packet or 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ cups filtered (non-chlorinated) water at 110 degrees F (lukewarm), divided
  • 3 ½ cups almond flour/meal
  • ¼ cup ground golden flaxseed
  • ¼ cup ground psyllium husks
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Note: Ingredients may have been altered from the original.
