Fresh homemade Mam Nam! (Fermented anchovy fish dipping sauce) - Mắm nêm is a sauce made of fermented fish. Unlike the more familiar nước mắm, mắm nêm is powerfully pungent, similar to shrimp paste.
Ingredients
  • Bottle of good Mam nem… best if it has anchovies in it.
  • 1 can of crushed pineapples, undrained
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 5 to 6 thai chili’s
  • 2 to 3 tsp of coco soda
  • 1tbsp fish sauce
