Pork French dip
Ingredients
  • 3lb pork loin
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1½ Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 white onions
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp rub
  • 3 cups pork stockz
  • Swiss cheese
  • French rolls
  • ½ cup half and half
Steps
  1. Mix spices, rub 3 Tbsp of rub on loin
  2. Dice carrots onion celery lay in cast place roast on top 400⁰ for 50 min IT. OF 145⁰
  3. Heat butter add onions and mushrooms sautee till translucent add 1tsp rub sautee 20 min until dark carmelized
  4. Heat vegetables from roasting add stock and 2 tsp rub reduce for 5 min.
  5. Strain and add half and half off heat, than keep warm.
  6. Broil bread and cheese
  7. Add meat and onions
