Salmon Chowder Recipe with Dill and Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 medium leeks (white and light-green parts only, sliced thin)
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground real salt
  • ⅛ cup white wine vinegar
  • 30 ounces vegetable stock
  • 1 pound red potatoes (quartered)
  • 1 pound wild-caught salmon fillets (skin removed and chopped into pieces)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
