  • ¾ cup (96 grams) breadcrumbs
  • Frozen puff pastry, defrosted & kept cold until needed
  • Milk for brushing pastry
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup (236 ml) vegetable stock
