Bell Pepper and Pineapple Coleslaw

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, shredded

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
