Artichoke and Parmesan Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (not marinated), coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounce can, diced green chilis
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan, freshly grated
  • tortilla chips, for serving
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all but chips in a shallow baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until heated through and a little brown around the edges.
  3. Serve warm with chips.
