Ginger-Citrus Marinade
Ingredients

  • 2-inch piece ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Grated zest of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅓ cup canola or other vegetable oil
