Keto SPICY Sausage Recipe (Easy, 15-30 Minutes!)
A spicy breakfast sausage recipe.
Ingredients
  • 500g (1 lb) ground pork
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds (I used ground coriander as that is what we had)
  • ½ tsp dried thyme (I used whole, even though we had hole leaf and ground)
  • ½ tsp cayenne powder
  • 2 tsp pepper (I assumed this is ground black pepper)
  • 1 tsp salt substitute (No Salt)
  • 1 to 3 tbsp olive oil (depends on how good your non-stick pan is).
Note: Ingredients may have been altered from the original.
