SHORTBREAD BISCUITS
Ingredients
  • 8ozs (220g) butter
  • 4ozs (110g) icing sugar
  • Cream butter & sugar
  • 8ozs (220g) plain flour
  • 4ozs (110g) cornflour
Steps
  1. Add to creamed butter and sugar
  2. Knead lightly and roll out to about ΒΌ" (6cms) thick
  3. Using a small cutter cut onto shapes
  4. Prick with fork
  5. Bake for 25/30 mins at 140 Gas 4
  6. Remove from oven onto cooling tray and sprinkle with sugar
